Built in 1871 by Francis Sinclair as the Sinclair Chair Factory, this historic Skaneateles property has been part of Central New York’s heritage for more than 150 years. In 1901, the factory was sold to John Allen and became the Sinclair-Allen Chair Works. Today, The Sinclair of Skaneateles preserves the building’s distinctive character, blending its rich industrial history with timeless elegance to create a one-of-a-kind Finger Lakes wedding and event venue.
